Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the jany9 platform available at jany9.io (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "jany9", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

jany9 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21, or by persons who have provided false eligibility information, will be closed immediately and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Account Registration

Each eligible person may hold one single account on the jany9 Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using false identity information, constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. jany9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying jany9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jany9 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, where it suspects a breach of these terms or any fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise improper activity.

Deposits & Payments

jany9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jany9's discretion and will be communicated to players via the Platform.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: As displayed in your account dashboard. Limits may vary based on your account verification status and payment method.
• Deposits are credited instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. jany9 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or Bangladesh's mobile banking network.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• jany9 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your mobile banking operator may apply their own charges. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. jany9 endeavours to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: As displayed in your account dashboard. VIP players may be eligible for higher limits.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed the verification process may experience delays. jany9 strongly recommends completing verification immediately after account registration.

• jany9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of mobile banking account ownership, and source-of-funds documentation — before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Funds will only be transferred to a payment account registered in the player's own name.

In cases where jany9 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms, it reserves the right to delay, withhold, or cancel a withdrawal pending investigation. jany9 will notify the affected player and endeavour to resolve such cases promptly.

Bonuses & Promotions

jany9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and device, unless otherwise stated.
• jany9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given to affected players.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used to circumvent responsible gaming limits.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, collusion, or systematic exploitation — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only who have not previously held a jany9 account.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the jany9 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any betting market before placing a wager.

• Bets are only accepted if the account holds sufficient cleared funds at the time of placement.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where jany9's cash-out feature is available and applicable.
• jany9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome has already been determined, where there is evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation, or where the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in the odds.
• Manifest errors — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds due to technical errors — do not create binding obligations for jany9. Bets placed on manifestly erroneous odds may be voided and stakes refunded at jany9's discretion.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by sport, market, and player account status.
• jany9 reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any player, including restricting maximum stake amounts, at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason.

Casino Games

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using false identities.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted by jany9.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, whether in poker, casino games, or sports betting, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported immediately to [email protected].
• Charging back or reversing any legitimate deposit transaction made to your jany9 account.

Termination

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

jany9 may suspend or permanently close any account immediately and without prior notice where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Amendments

jany9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
